Can anyone guide me with a step by step process to download IntelliJ?

You can download IntelliJ Idea from here.
Now you can install it by following this step-by-step guide.
Step1: Open the setup(.exe file) and click “Next” button
Step 2: Now, you have to choose the default install location and menu
Step 3. Choose to associate .java files
Step 4: Check the checkbox shown in the image below and click “Finish” button
Step 5: Check the radio button according to your need. The below image is showing the bydefault checked radio button
Step 6: Select “Skip Remaining and Set Defaults”
Step 7: Select “Allow” if you get popup about firewall access
