Are there any reliable free gaming benchmark tools available?

I’m looking for free tools to benchmark gaming performance on my system, something that can give me a clear idea of how well my setup handles different graphics loads or game scenarios.

Ideally, I want a tool that’s accurate, easy to use, and doesn’t require a paid license. Bonus if it includes GPU, CPU, and real-time FPS tracking. What do you guys use for testing or comparing gaming performance?

I’ve had solid success with MSI Afterburner paired with RivaTuner Statistics Server. It’s completely free and gives you real-time FPS, GPU/CPU usage, temperatures, and more, overlaid while gaming.

It’s not a synthetic benchmark, but for real-world gaming performance testing, it’s my go-to. You can monitor how your system behaves under actual load, tweak settings, and immediately see the impact.
