Apple devices automaticallly close the app and went to the home screen. what should I do?

As we have gone through the logs while clicking on the date picker the app wasn’t crashed but it went to the home screen. We have compared this behavior with the Apple device after and before XR The devices which have the home button were working fine but the iPhones after XR which has the animated home bar those devices were facing issues We suspect that while selecting the date it accidentally accessed/clicked on the home bar, which eventually opened the home screen These are the preliminary observations, we want you to consider these aspects while testing.
