This is not related to LT Browser App but is a system(windows) related issue, the respective file must be missing in your local system and you need to download the same to your system, I am attaching a link Ffmpeg.dll Download: Fix DLL Missing or Not Found Error for quick help. Also attaching related link as reference ffmpeg.dll free download | DLL‑files.com
Please try the same and then download LT Browser. I hope this should work.
