Can you provide some clarification regarding Chrome vs. Chromium for iOS devices? If we use Chromium instead of Chrome while testing on iOS devices, will it show all of the same bugs that Chrome would show?

Yes, Chrome is built on top of the Chromium engine, so it will be able to replicate the same bugs.
