Working in the Testing and QA industry have taught me a lot of things. I have worked upon various tools as a beginner and on an advanced level.

The major thing that I have noticed in all is:

  • The requirements of your project highly affects your choice of tools.
  • Your budget sometimes constraints you for the need of your tool too.
  • Specific features required in tools impacts your choice of tool.

I have tried various tools like: Testing Whiz, Browserstack, SauceLabs, LambdaTest, Cross Browser Testing, and yes, Selenium.

Here’s what I have to say:

  • If you have at least basic understanding of Automation Testing, you must try Selenium at least once.
  • If you have a good budget, you should go for Browserstack
