I am the Lead Engineer at Skcript and we worked on many products. A lot of time, we experienced this situation where we didn’t assess the particular feature’s demand on the user’s side. This leads to spending more development time on the feature which is not going to serve a better purpose for the time-spent.
Also, we used to get a lot of feedbacks and feature requests for the next releases. These feature requests are either lost or not prioritized properly because of an organized structure.
And that’s when we built hellonext.co, and used in all our products. Believe it or not, this helped us to understand the user’s and their real demands. We totally changed our roadmaps to build the right product features that is going to serve the better experience for our users.
Just in a month, 2 releases were made with 5new features and 89% of our user’s responded that the new features were something that improved their experience in the application.
